COACH LENNY
Provision Elite QB Training was founded in May 2024 by a dedicated team of football professionals committed to developing quarterbacks at all levels. The organization is led by its Founder and Co-Founder, who are the lead coaches and oversee all training sessions, daily operations, and program development to ensure a high-level experience for every athlete.
Supporting the program is an Associate Coach who contributes to athlete development and training sessions as availability allows, bringing additional insight and experience to the team.
Founder, Lenny Smith Jr, is a sports professional and a quarterback development coach, who is active in the football community. He works with the Chicago Bears Football Club in Football Development. He has a B.S. in Sports Management from the University of Illinois. Coach Lenny brings 7+ years of quarterback experience, 4 years in coaching. He served as former Offensive Coordinator at Chicago Bulls College Prep, and currently works as the Quarterbacks Coach at Carmel Catholic in Mundelein, IL
Coaching Focus: Leadership, character, player development, and preparing athletes to excel on and off the field.
COACH VON
Co- Founder, Levon Carothers Jr, is a quarterback development coach that is active with the football community, promoting continuous growth and learning in the game. He has a B.A. in Business Administration from Augustana College. Coach Von served as former QB for Augustana College with 10+ years quarterback experience; 4 years as Offensive Coordinator for Elmhurst Bears Youth Football. He is the current Assistant Head Football Coach for Varsity Football at Schurz High School in Chicago, IL.
Coaching Focus: Technical skill development, deep football IQ, and equipping quarterbacks with tools for success on and off the field
